Information Technology Project Manager

Job Description

A leading energy company is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver complex enterprise technology initiatives. This is a hybrid opportunity based in Oakbrook Terrace, IL, requiring three days onsite each week.

Responsibilities:

• Manage IT projects through the full project lifecycle.

\n

• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports.

\n

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

\n

• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and project communications.

\n

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

\n

• Provide regular updates to leadership and project stakeholders.

\n

\n

Required Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Active PMP Certification (Required).

\n

• Experience managing complex enterprise IT projects.

\n

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

\n

• Ability to lead multiple workstreams and project teams.

\n

\n

Preferred Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Cybersecurity project experience.

\n

• IAM, SailPoint, or related security initiative experience.

\n

• Network infrastructure and security background

\n
