Experience: 10+ years preferred; 10 years of DBA experience required for the senior-level candidate profile
Security Clearance: TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph through the Maryland customer

Required Qualifications

Database Administration Experience

• Demonstrated experience working as a Database Administrator in programs or environments of comparable scope and complexity.
  
  
• Experience with:
  
  
  • Data migration and replication.
    
    
  • Database user administration.
    
    
  • Backup and recovery.
    
    
  • Database performance tuning.
    
    
  • Issue investigation and resolution.
    
    
  • General database administration and maintenance.
    
    
• Strong understanding of relational databases and familiarity with non-relational/NoSQL database technologies.
  
  

Database Technologies

• Strong experience with Oracle databases and/or other relational and NoSQL database platforms, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
  
  
• Hands-on experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and SQL.
  
  
• Experience writing scripts using one or more of the following:
  
  
  • JavaScript.
    
    
  • Bash/Linux shell scripting.
    
    
  • Perl.
    
    
  • Python.
    
    
• Knowledge of programming languages, including Java.
