Tenant Quality Representative

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Manage QA/QC activities and ensure compliance with standards.

\n

• Conduct site inspections, audits, and Quality Health Assessments (QHA).

\n

• Inspect electrical, mechanical, structural, MEP, and controls systems.

\n

• Support commissioning, FAT, FWT, and functional testing.

\n

• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, QA/QC and commissioning plans.

\n

• Identify and manage quality risks, non-conformances, and corrective actions.

\n

• Track issues using BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

\n

• Coordinate with contractors, developers, vendors, commissioning teams, and engineers.

\n

• Attend OAC and quality meetings and drive issue resolution.

\n

• Prepare inspection reports, weekly quality reports, metrics, risks, and project updates.

\n

• Ensure project/equipment readiness for commissioning and final turnover.

\n

• Strong stakeholder communication

• Data center construction experience

• BIM 360 / ACC

• Equipment testing and commissioning

• Engineering / Construction Management / Quality degree or equivalent experience

• Willingness to work onsite and travel
