Position Overview
We are seeking PC Bench Technicians to join a fast-paced warehouse technology environment. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, testing, and maintaining computers, laptops, and related hardware that pass through the facility. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a basic understanding of computer hardware who are interested in gaining hands-on technical experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Basic knowledge of computer components required.
- Professional experience troubleshooting or repairing computers is a plus but not required.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Organized with a problem-solving mindset.
- Understanding of electronic components and parts sourcing.
- Familiarity with All-in-One computers is helpful.
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Test, update, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair high volumes of computer hardware.
- Install or remove RAM and other internal components.
- Navigate and configure BIOS on laptops and desktops.
- Maintain inventory and stock of hardware parts.
- Perform inventory control and quality checks.
- Document work performed and maintain accurate records.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
