You will

• Own program delivery for high-visibility aerospace efforts across commercial, military, and space domains
• Manage integrated schedules, budgets, risk registers, and executive/customer reporting
• Lead cross-functional teams—engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and customers—to drive outcomes
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and phase-gate discipline to accelerate NPI and stabilize builds
• Champion customer engagement and communications throughout development and production ramp

You have

• 7+ years’ experience in aerospace or advanced manufacturing, preferably with primes/Tier 1 suppliers
• Program/project leadership background within engineering and manufacturing settings
• Proven collaboration across multifunctional partners (engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, customers)
• Deep understanding of schedule, cost, risk, and program execution best practices
• Experience with NPI, product development, and phase-gate environments; comfortable with complex fabrication
