1. We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Datacenter Support Technician to assist with physical infrastructure tasks in our data centers.

1. This role involves server hardware handling, cabling, labeling, and support for server lifecycle activities including installation, testing, and decommissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Server Installation & Setup

1. 1. Perform racking and stacking of servers and network equipment
   2. Connect power and network cabling to servers and ensure proper cable management
   3. Conduct initial power-on tests and dry-run validations

1. Server Decommissioning

1. 1. Power down and safely remove decommissioned servers
   2. Perform degassing and secure data destruction procedures
   3. Label and document decommissioned assets for inventory tracking

1. Datacenter Maintenance

1. 1. Ensure accurate labeling of all equipment and cables
   2. Maintain cleanliness and organization of server racks and cabling
   3. Assist with inventory audits and asset tracking

1. Support & Coordination

1. 1. Collaborate with remote teams for server provisioning and troubleshooting
   2. Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols
   3. Provide hands-on support during maintenance windows and infrastructure upgrades
