TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience to lead continuous improvement initiatives across various departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Kaizen events, process optimization, and metrics development, and will be comfortable working directly with employees to implement sustainable improvements.

• Lead and facilitate Kaizen events and other continuous improvement projects.
• Develop, implement, and maintain metrics for various departments to ensure successful execution of CI processes.
• Conduct training sessions and continuing education programs to support employee development and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Work hands-on with employees to implement and sustain process improvements.
• Support organizational adherence to quality standards and operational excellence practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, or related roles.
• Proven experience with ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 principles (highly preferred).
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (highly preferred).
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and hands-on with teams at all levels.
