What You’ll Do:

- \n
- Provision, configure, and deploy laptops & desktops across our clients
- Process returns, run diagnostics, and determine whether devices are redeployed, repaired, or retired
- Perform secure data erasures
- Receive and ship devices, and keep inventory accurate and organized
- Hit client SLAs for volume and deadlines, and help the team flex when demand spikes
- Document your work clearly so clients and teammates always know where things stand

What You’ll Bring:

- A tidy, organized approach to your workspace and inventory
- The ability to work at a fast pace when volume calls for it, and adapt when priorities shift
- Reliability: you show up consistently and communicate early when something comes up
- Comfort with Windows and Apple hardware, and a genuine curiosity about how things work
- 1+ year of hands-on IT, help desk, or repair experience, or equivalent coursework or certifications (A+, etc.); we’ll teach the rest if you’re eager to learn

- $45,000 to $55,000 per year
- $350/month health stipend, 401(k), unlimited PTO
- 10% of profit goes to multiplying the good through charitable giving, and 10% goes back to our Multipliers
