We are partnering with a premium, fast-growing CPG brand seeking a Sales & Project Manager who can own both revenue growth and execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally strong managing retail accounts and driving cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch.

What You Will Do

Drive Sales Performance

  • Manage and grow key accounts across retail, wholesale, and eCommerce
  • Own buyer relationships, forecasting, and promotional planning
  • Deliver against revenue, distribution, and margin targets
  • Lead line reviews, pricing discussions, and customer presentations

Lead Execution

  • Own product launches, packaging updates, and retail resets
  • Build timelines, manage milestones, and ensure on-time delivery
  • Coordinate across marketing, supply chain, operations, and finance
  • Proactively resolve risks and keep projects on track

Own Go-To-Market

  • Ensure accurate item setup and launch readiness
  • Align with marketing on positioning and rollout strategy

Use Data to Drive Decisions

  • Track sales performance, inventory, and promotional results
  • Translate insights into clear actions that improve outcomes


Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3 to 6+ years of CPG sales or account management experience
  • Direct experience managing retail or distributor accounts
  • Proven ownership of revenue targets or quotas
  • Experience leading product launches or retail execution initiatives
  • Strong project management skills across multiple priorities
  • Ability to use data to inform decisions and strategy


Preferred Background

  • Experience in food, beverage, beauty, or wellness
  • Familiarity with retail data or reporting tools
  • Exposure to multi-channel environments including eCommerce


Compensation & Benefits

  • $95,000 to $125,000 base salary
