Job DescriptionEngineering Project Manager

LHH is seeking an experienced engineering professional to lead projects from concept through commissioning. This role oversees project schedules, budgets, customer communication, and cross-functional coordination while supporting product improvements, business development, and project execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from kickoff through installation and startup.
  • Lead project teams consisting of engineers, vendors, contractors, and production personnel.
  • Coordinate schedules, budgets, procurement, and project documentation.
  • Design and improve products, systems, and processes to enhance performance and cost efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact throughout project execution.
  • Support sales with estimates, quotations, and technical expertise.
  • Travel to customer sites to oversee installations and commissioning activities.
  • Collaborate with engineering leadership on process improvements and project execution strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 7+ years of engineering and project management experience.
  • Strong leadership, customer relationship, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, budgets, and timelines.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.

Salary Range: $100,000-$120,000
