ACS Technologies - Realm Church Software Consultant (On-Site, 6 Weeks)

The Church by the Sea in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is launching Realm by ACS Technologies on January 1, 2027. We're looking for an experienced Realm specialist to work with us on-site for six weeks to make the launch a complete success.

Deliverables:

\n

\n
• A clean, de-duplicated member database migrated into Realm

\n

• Our congregation signed up and active on Realm and the Realm Connect app

\n

• Events, groups, check-in, giving and volunteer scheduling set up correctly

\n

• Staff and key volunteers trained to use Realm to its full potential

\n

• A short written guide covering our setup and procedures for after you leave

\n

\n

Skills required:

\n

\n
• Proven hands-on experience implementing or administering Realm

\n

• Experience with data cleanup and migration

\n

• Strong training and communication skills with church staff and volunteers

\n

\n

How we work:

\n

\n
• You'll work on-site at our church in Fort Lauderdale, Monday through Friday, with our church administrator and treasurer as your main contacts

\n

• Weekly progress check-ins with our leadership

\n

• Realm's own team will handle our IT and bookkeeping, so you'll coordinate with them as needed

\n

\n

Availability:

\n

\n
• On-site for six weeks starting early January 2027. We'll help arrange lodging.

\n

\n
