Attraction Monitor - Launch Trampoline Park (Norwood)
Courts yours! Launch Family Entertainment in Norwood is hiring Attraction Monitors to run the jump areas, keep the fun safe, and make sure every guest has the best hour of their week.
Pay: $15.25–$17.00/hour, based on experienceSchedule: Part-time, flexible schedule.

What you'll do:
- Greet guests, explain the rules for each jump area, and check wristbands, footwear, and safety compliance
- Keep an eye on jumpers and time limits, and manage transitions between sessions
- Complete safety checklists and inspect pads, nets, springs, and equipment
- Keep jump areas, locker rooms, and cafe seating clean and organized
- Respond to injuries by paging a supervisor and assisting guests as needed
- Carry a first aid kit and radio, and handle opening/closing checklists
- Report guest concerns or issues to your supervisor
What we're looking for:
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow a set schedule
- Positive, friendly, and a strong communicator
- Comfortable interacting confidently with both kids and parents
- Physically able to bend, reach, stoop, lift up to 25 lbs, and stand for long periods
- A team player who's open to feedback and eager to grow
