Swoon is actively hiring a Cybersecurity/Infrastructure Engineer to join the team!

What your day-to-day will look like
\n
- \n
- Monitor security alerts and investigate malware or suspicious activity, coordinating containment, remediation, and follow-up with security and infrastructure teams.
- Administer and secure Active Directory, Windows servers, endpoints, and user access, including onboarding, offboarding, and access changes.
- Manage vulnerability remediation and operating system and application patching, including prioritization, testing, deployment, and verification.
- Implement, maintain, and improve security controls across identity, endpoint, server, network, cloud, and email environments.
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support, troubleshooting infrastructure issues involving servers, workstations, networking, storage, and backups.
- Maintain system documentation, secure configuration standards, asset inventories, and technical evidence to support audits, customer assessments, and compliance requirements.
- Partner with IT, security, and business teams to resolve recurring issues, automate routine tasks, and communicate infrastructure health, security risks, and remediation progress.

What’s Required / Technical Skills
\n
- \n
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience supporting infrastructure and protecting enterprise environments.
- Confidence in Microsoft environments: Practical experience administering Active Directory, Windows Server, endpoints, and user access.
- Security investigation skills: Ability to assess alerts, investigate malware or suspicious activity, and help drive incidents through containment and resolution.
- Ownership of patching and remediation: Experience prioritizing vulnerabilities, deploying updates, hardening systems, and confirming that fixes work.
- Troubleshooting beyond the basics: Ability to resolve escalated workstation, server, and network issues, identify root causes, and deliver lasting solutions.
- The ability to turn security needs into action: Experience implementing technical controls and maintaining clear procedures, system documentation, and assessment evidence.

Salaried Role - $100,000 - -$120,000
\n
