Rapidly expanding IT Firm in Raleigh-Durham NC is seeking a Laptop Repair / Quality Control Technician. Previous experience with laptop hardware troubleshooting, break/fix hardware repairs, and quality control is required. You must be available to work Monday to Friday 7AM to 4PM. (No part-time available). Overtime and weekend work as needed.
Requirements:

• Previous laptop computer break/fix repair and quality control experience.

• Relevant IT certifications (A+, Security+, or Network+).

• Hardware knowledge of standard computer components.

• Skilled in Office applications (excel, word).

• Experience with Windows and Chrome OS operating systems.

• Experience with inventory tracking
