Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Support the Roadside Toll Systems Team with report generation, new alerts, database migrations, vendor build deployments, hardware replacements, SQL distributor maintenance, and roadside replication.
- Collaborate with the Monitoring Operation Center and SLAM team on third-party patching, deep-dive data analysis, Power BI report development, and multi-platform database support.
- Analyze data requirements, architectures, data dictionaries, and database schemas to design, develop, amend, and optimize systems.
- Gather, analyze, and normalize business process data to evaluate credibility, relevance, and meaning.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 5 years of IT experience in DBA, SQL procedural code, and design. Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language (PL-SQL) and Microsoft SQL (Transact-SQL) is required.
- Role Complexity: Intermediate professional level. Ability to handle medium-to-high complexity tasks, participate as a project team member/leader, and coach junior staff.
