Futura Search Partners is working on this search with a specialist infrastructure investment manager operating at the intersection of power and digital infrastructure. The firm develops and builds as well as invests, and its digital infrastructure activity is centred on large-scale data center development for hyperscale customers.

The role
\n
A senior seat combining investment leadership with capital raising. You will lead digital infrastructure transactions from origination through close, and play a central role in raising the capital that funds them.

What you’ll do
\n

- Originate, structure and execute digital infrastructure investments, with powered land and hyperscale development at the centre.
- Lead underwriting and financial analysis across development economics, power procurement, offtake and exit scenarios.
- Run transaction processes end to end: diligence workstreams, advisors, legal negotiation, Investment Committee approval and close.
- Lead capital formation activity for the strategy, including investor materials, LP and consultant engagement, co-investment processes and fundraising diligence.
- Work alongside development and asset management teams on the operating platforms, given the firm builds as well as invests.
- Represent the firm with counterparties, co-investors, hyperscale customers and the wider market.

What we’re looking for
\n
- \n
- 8–12 years in infrastructure investing, digital infrastructure, energy or power, or investment banking covering those sectors.
- Transactions led personally from origination through close, not supported.
- Genuine understanding of the power side: interconnection, generation, PPAs and what makes land powered.
- Capital raising experience, or the appetite and credibility to take it on.
- Comfortable in a build-and-own culture where the investment case depends on execution.
