This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company’s systems. The ideal candidate is well-versed and comfortable in standard IT best practices; always learning new IT systems to benefit our company and employees. The ideal candidate must be intelligent, creative, and proactive and have at least one (1) year experience working on a helpdesk / desktop support role. Travel is required to our offices located in Northern New Jersey and you must have a valid Driver’s License.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the IT department in close partnership with the key stakeholders and management in the company.
- Act as a critical front-line resource and provide direct IT support to all company employees.
- Maintain a consistent and collaborative relationship with our company’s external IT partners and third-party systems that are integrated deeply with company’s own proprietary systems.
- Execute seamless onboarding for new hires to company’s existing IT systems, software and hardware.
- Automate manual tasks; create and improve small tools that help make team operations more efficient
- Support critical business systems including email, phone, and a multitude of SAAS solutions deployed across the company.
- Resolve both hardware and software issues by fielding emails, texts, calls, chats and then diagnosing, fixing and resolving problems.
- Respond after hours, as needed, to employees and internal/external staffers when systems are down or not working properly.

- Ability to identify opportunities in existing processes that needs improvement or automation.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills and ability to work with all levels of leadership, management and staff, both business and technical.
- Excellent communication skills and the capacity to explain technical concepts in an easily understood manner.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Possible Holidays, Night shift, On call
Education:
- Associate (Preferred)
Experience:
- NOC/Helpdesk environment: 1 year (Preferred)
- Tier 1 Desktop Support: 1 year (Preferred)
- Relative experience in the Healthcare industry (a big plus): 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
