We are looking for an experienced L3 Platform Engineer to provide Tier 3 production support for POS applications and enterprise platforms. The candidate will troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, improve system reliability, and support production operations.

Required Skills

<li>Strong experience in L3 / Tier 3 Production Support.</li>
\n
<li>Microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.</li>
\n
<li>Docker and Kubernetes.</li>
\n
<li>Datadog monitoring and observability.</li>
\n
<li>GitHub Actions and CI/CD.</li>
\n
<li>Python or PowerShell scripting.</li>
\n
<li>ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.</li>
\n
<li>Application troubleshooting, APM, and log analysis.</li>
\n
<li>Experience with POS applications is preferred.</li>
\n
<li>Strong RCA, automation, and production support skills.</li>
\n</ul>

Key Requirement: Strong hands-on production support experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Datadog, and enterprise application troubleshooting.
