Now Hiring: Leasing Agent – Alexandria, VA and surrounding areas!
We are looking for Leasing Agents to join residential communities in Alexandria, VA and surrounding areas. This is a temporary position with the potential for long-term placement through our property management staffing agency. If you have leasing experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:

Conduct property tours and assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries

Process applications, verify qualifications, and generate lease agreements

Handle resident relations, renewals, and move-in/move-out processes

Maintain accurate records of leases, applications, and resident communications

Provide exceptional customer service and assist with community events

Utilize property management software to manage leasing tasks
Qualifications:

Previous leasing experience preferred

Strong customer service and communication skills

Familiarity with property management software (Yardi, RentCafe, Bluemoon, etc.) is a plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently

Professional and team-oriented mindset
