If BIOS menus, RAM swaps, and meticulous documentation sound like your kind of day, this role is for you. You’ll help keep a high volume of systems moving through testing and repair—safely, accurately, and on schedule.
Compensation & Schedule
- $18/hr
- Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
- Overtime available
In This Role, You Will
- Test, update, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a high volume of computer hardware
- Remove and add RAM as part of standard rework
- Navigate BIOS settings on both laptops and desktops
- Manage stock and inventory of hardware and parts
- Execute inventory control and quality control activities
- Provide clear, accurate documentation
- Handle other duties as assigned
Must-Have Capabilities
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset to meet production and quality goals
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Organized, efficient problem solver
- Knowledge of electronic parts and sourcing
- Experience with All-In-One computers is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
