🔹 What You'll Do
\n

- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into high-level technical specifications for BI and analytics solutions.
- Design, develop, and oversee Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Work closely with Power BI specialists and review deliverables for quality, accuracy, and performance.
- Lead project tracking, milestone planning, and progress reporting.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to BI analysts/developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align BI solutions with business objectives.
- Ensure data accuracy, reporting standards, and optimal Power BI performance.

🔹 Required Skills
\n
✅ 6+ years of strong hands-on Power BI experience
\n
✅ Advanced DAX and Power BI data modeling
\n
✅ Power BI dashboard/report development
\n
✅ Power BI performance optimization
\n
✅ Strong SQL skills
\n
✅ Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
\n
✅ Project tracking and delivery management experience
\n
✅ Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
\n
✅ Technical leadership / team lead experience
\n
\n
Nice to Have: Experience with Supply Chain or Integrated Operations is a strong plus.
