Job DescriptionSenior Financial Systems Consultant (NetSuite)Memphis, TN | On-Site | W-2 Consulting PositionGateway Group is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Consultant to support a highly customized NetSuite environment for a growing Memphis-based organization.This is not a Project Manager role and not a pure software development position. We are looking for someone who combines strong accounting expertise with hands-on NetSuite administration and configuration experience.What You'll Be Doing

1. Optimize and troubleshoot NetSuite workflows, reporting, and financial processes
2. Partner with accounting, finance, and operations leadership to resolve transaction flow, billing, reconciliation, and reporting issues
3. Support complex multi-entity accounting, intercompany transactions, investor reporting, and operational workflows
4. Configure NetSuite workflows, saved searches, dashboards, reports, and custom records
5. Work alongside external NetSuite specialists while serving as the local, on-site business systems expert
6. Drive process improvements, controls, and system adoption
