Our organization is in search of a driven, career-focused Technical Project Manager to become part of our team located in Quantico, VA.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversees the procurement, shipping, installation, configuration, and integration of multi-network systems for a global USMC initiative, ensuring a smooth ‘DISA-to-Desktop’ architecture.
Plans, designs, and sustains the connectivity of enterprise systems and network assets, guaranteeing compliance and secure operations across classified networks and domains.
Ensures that all systems, servers, network switches, and routers are functional, correctly configured, and fully compliant with DISA STIG standards; conducts regular maintenance and troubleshooting.
Configures, maintains, and monitors firewalls, IDS/IPS, and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) for access control, implementing security measures tailored for specialized USMC systems.
Assists in the planning and execution of enterprise service connections across domains, enabling secure cloud computing architecture (SCCA), cross-domain solutions, and guards.
Works closely with ISSOs and Cybersecurity Services Leads in the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process, providing documentation and mentorship to other NOC staff and Junior Engineers.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (or four (4) additional years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree); a minimum of 9 years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years in a Systems/Network Engineering role.
Thorough understanding of systems integration, networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), routing, and comprehensive network security principles.
Proficient in configuring and managing enterprise devices (routers, switches, firewalls) with practical experience in Cisco technologies (e.g., IOS, NX-OS) and security appliances (e.g., ASA firewalls, ISE).
Demonstrated experience in securing classified networks (SIPR, NIPR, JWICS) and applying DISA STIGs; strong knowledge of NIST frameworks and RMF.
Must possess an active DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification at a minimum.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with implementing multi-vendor VoIP and VTC products in RMF environments.
Familiarity with scripting/automation tools for system management; knowledge of the ITIL framework (ITIL Foundation certification preferred).
Relevant high-level networking or systems certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNP, CCIE, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft, or Red Hat).
Previous experience supporting a USMC enterprise program or working at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., INDOPACOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM).

The individual in this role must be able to remain stationary for 50% of the time. Occasional movement within the office is necessary to access file cabinets, office equipment, or to communicate with colleagues, management, and clients through email, phone, or virtual communication, which may include delivering presentations.
