Tech Specialist

- $35 – $50 an hour DOE
- Contract Software and Systems Support for Law Firm
DESCRIPTION:
- We are a growing law firm seeking a contractor to assist with software support, buildouts, and system clean-up—primarily in Filevine (legal case management) and Lead Docket (lead intake & tracking). This role is for someone comfortable with technology, eager to learn, and able to help optimize our systems with guidance and training
- This is a contract position, with potential for ongoing work depending on fit and firm needs
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Support FileVine configuration, field buildouts, and cleanup
- Assist with Lead Docket setup, workflow automation, and data integrity
- Help map fields and sync data between Lead Docket and Filevine
- Document processes and create simple internal reference guides
- Participate in training and help staff understand system updates
- Troubleshoot user questions and recommend process improvements
WHO YOU ARE:
- Comfortable learning and working with Filevine and Lead Docket
- Understand the confidentiality concerns of a law firm
- Technically savvy with strong organizational skills
- Able to translate business needs into improved software workflows
- Clear communicator who can train others after onboarding
- Experience with legal operations or case management systems is a plus
