Role: AI / DevOps Engineer – Azure Platform Operations

Location: Cincinnati, OH – Onsite

We are looking for an experienced Azure DevOps & Platform Operations Engineer to support production applications, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and integration services running on Microsoft Azure.

Key Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- Monitor and support Azure production applications and infrastructure
- Troubleshoot AKS/Kubernetes clusters, pods, containers, and deployments
- Monitor and troubleshoot Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
- Support Azure services including Azure SQL, Storage, App Services, Functions, Key Vault, and AKS
- Monitor Azure Data Factory and Databricks data pipelines
- Analyze logs, alerts, metrics, and application health
- Handle production incidents, troubleshooting, RCA and Corrective Action Plans
- Support deployments, releases, and change management
- Improve monitoring, alerting, automation, and operational processes
- Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and technical documentation
