What You Will Do:Your day-to-day will include:

✔️ Tier 1 Help Desk Support 💻 Tier 1, Desktop Support, hand holding a User Base by yourself as sole Help Desk Support

✔️ Cloud, Intune, AutoPilot, M365 / O365 / Active Directory

✔️ Windows Support

✔️ Laptop Imaging & Automation ! Volume laptop rollouts

✔️ Hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, conference room, Zoom / Teams support.

✔️ Freshdesk Ticketing Management System experience

✔️ Resolving High Volume of tickets 📋

✔️ Hybrid Active Directory: Password resets, account unlocks, and access management 🔐.

✔️ 3rd Party Vendor Software experience Must-Haves ✅💡 1+ years Tier 1 Help Desk experience.💡 Solid hardware & software troubleshooting skills.💡 Experience with Citrix. • Knowledge of ticketing systems, preferably Freshdesk.

• Ability to manage and resolve a high volume of support tickets efficiently.

• Experience with Citrix is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, user-focused approach.
