We are seeking an experienced Director of IT Services for a senior leadership opportunity in Jackson, MS for a direct client.
\n
\n
Key Requirements:
\n
• 10+ years of progressive IT experience with strong enterprise infrastructure/operations expertise
\n
• 8+ years of IT leadership/management experience
\n
• Hands-on leadership experience with AWS environments (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, Landing Zone)
\n
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, ITSM, Service Desk, incident management, monitoring, backup/disaster recovery, and cybersecurity
\n
• Experience with vendor management, contracts/SOWs, procurement, and IT governance
\n
• Strong executive-level communication and team leadership skills
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, related field, or equivalent experience
\n
\n
Experience with AWS certifications, ITIL, cloud migrations, VMware, Azure, Microsoft 365, IAM, DevOps/CI/CD, or regulated environments is a plus.
\n
\n
