Required Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience designing and deploying enterprise conversational AI agents using GECX / Dialogflow CX.
- Deep understanding of Dialogflow CX capabilities including flows, intents, state handlers, route groups, condition rules, webhook fulfillment, context/session management, and generative capabilities.
- Strong Python development experience.
- Hands-on development experience with C#/.NET, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js.
- Experience building REST APIs, webhooks, microservices, and asynchronous integrations.
- Strong automated testing experience across APIs, backend services, and conversational AI solutions.
- Advanced experience building and maintaining Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, including YAML pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Hands-on experience integrating enterprise applications with ServiceNow REST APIs and Azure services.
- Strong SQL development and relational database experience.
- Experience with prompt engineering, intent classification, conversational context management, fallback orchestration, and human escalation patterns.
- Experience working within SAFe Agile environments, including PI Planning and Agile Release Train dependencies.
- Strong Git-based software-development experience and proficiency with modern development environments such as VS Code.
- Understanding of enterprise security practices including OAuth2, RBAC, API security, and secrets management.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Experience with Google Vertex AI and generative AI capabilities.
- Experience with Contact Center AI (CCAI) architectures.
- Experience integrating conversational AI with telephony or voice platforms.
- Knowledge of SRE practices, telemetry, observability, monitoring, and AIOps.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience deploying serverless solutions using Google Cloud Run, Google Cloud Functions, or Azure Functions.
- Experience supporting large-scale, highly available enterprise AI or conversational platforms.
