Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the process of retrieving files from off-site storage, sorting, cataloging and purging or returning files to MDHHS per policy.
  2. Create and implement a process for scanning and digitizing files that remain in LAS's possession.
  3. Develop procedures and staff training tools in coordination with the Quality Specialist.
  4. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • No degree requirement, bachelors preferred
  • Adoption experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

Physical Demands:

  • Primarily office-based work, occasional travel to meetings or conferences.
  • Lifting files and boxes, weighing up to 50 pounds

Work Environment:

  • Office setting in Lansing, Michigan.
  • Occasional flexibility to work remotely.

Travel Requirements:

  • Minimal
