This role is best suited for an MSP engineer who is comfortable supporting enterprise Azure environments, Microsoft cloud administration, Intune, Conditional Access, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and senior level client support.
\n
\n
You will be the primary technical resource for a sophisticated client environment while still having access to a larger engineering team, modern tools, and a company known for investing in technical growth and promoting from within.

Microsoft Cloud and Azure Focus
\n
\n
This is not a basic desktop support role. The client needs someone who can confidently work across enterprise Microsoft cloud environments, including Azure, Entra ID, Azure Enterprise Apps, Conditional Access, Intune, Microsoft 365, Cloud PC, and MDM.
\n
\n
You should be comfortable supporting business critical users while also understanding how identity, access, endpoint management, and Microsoft cloud services connect across a larger environment.
\n
\n
What You Will Own
\n
• Support enterprise Azure, Entra ID, Azure Enterprise Apps, Conditional Access, Microsoft 365, Intune, Cloud PC, and MDM environments
\n
• Serve as a senior technical point of contact for client service requests, escalations, and cloud related support needs
\n
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support across systems, endpoints, applications, Microsoft cloud services, and network connectivity
\n
• Configure, troubleshoot, and support Microsoft Intune policies, device management, endpoint enrollment, and deployment issues
\n
• Support Windows 10, Windows 11, macOS, laptop and desktop deployments, onboarding, offboarding, and user access
\n
• Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, wireless, general networking, connectivity, and Cisco Meraki environments
\n
• Support Microsoft Server 2016 and newer environments as needed
\n
• Build and support technical solutions that align with client business needs, security standards, and user experience expectations
\n
• Maintain accurate ticket notes, SOPs, technical documentation, time entries, onsite reports, and client updates
\n
• Communicate professionally with executives, end users, internal engineers, and leadership
\n
\n
What We Are Looking For
\n
• MSP experience supporting demanding client environments
\n
• Strong experience supporting enterprise Azure and Microsoft cloud environments
\n
• Hands on experience with Entra ID, Azure Enterprise Apps, Conditional Access, Microsoft 365, Intune, Cloud PC, or MDM
\n
• Experience in Level 2 or Level 3 support, systems administration, cloud administration, or client facing engineering
\n
• Strong Windows 10, Windows 11, macOS, Microsoft 365, and endpoint support experience
\n
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Server 2016 and newer
\n
• Networking troubleshooting experience across DNS, DHCP, wireless, connectivity, and Meraki
\n
• Strong documentation habits across tickets, SOPs, reports, time entries, and client updates
\n
• Ability to prioritize work independently and communicate clearly in person, over the phone, and in writing
\n
• Professional presence and comfort supporting high profile users in a white glove environment
\n
