As a Service Desk Analyst, you’ll be the go-to person for technical support and problem-solving. Here’s a snapshot of your key responsibilities:

- Manage and document support requests, maintaining accurate records of issues and solutions.

What We’re Looking For

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or relevant technical support position.
