Job Summary
A growing multidisciplinary engineering team in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager (P.E.) for a direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a Texas-licensed Professional Engineer who combines strong electrical design expertise with project leadership, client communication, and cross-discipline coordination.
The Electrical Project Manager (P.E.) will lead electrical design efforts for MEP projects involving industrial facilities and infrastructure, managing projects from planning through completion while ensuring technical accuracy, code compliance, and high-quality deliverables. This opportunity offers a collaborative work environment, supportive leadership, meaningful project ownership, and the ability to mentor other engineers and designers while continuing to grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead electrical engineering design, calculations, analysis, specifications, construction documents, and cost estimates for projects of varying size and complexity.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and client expectations from planning through completion.
- Coordinate electrical design with mechanical, plumbing, structural, architectural, and other engineering disciplines.
- Perform technical reviews, QA/QC checks, field observations, and construction administration support.
- Provide technical direction, mentorship, and guidance to engineers and design staff.
- Support client communication, proposals, scopes of work, fee estimates, and business development efforts.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $110,000 to $140,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: Austin, TX.
