What You'll Do:

Perform routine and detailed inspections of packaging components, bulk product, sanitized line equipment, and finished goods (including weight, torque, visual checks, and measurements).

Maintain accurate and thorough inspection records and documentation.

Monitor and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across all tasks and workspaces.

Collaborate with Quality Control, Production Line Leaders, and Equipment Technicians to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues.

Audit production checks at startup, during runs, and at line clearance; verify documentation for completeness and accuracy.

Interpret Fill & Assembly instructions and follow standard operating procedures.

Maintain and organize retain sample inventory.

Support investigations for quality alerts, deviations, and CAPAs.

Follow all safety protocols and quality control procedures with precision.
What We're Looking For:

1+ year of experience in OTC drug or cosmetic manufacturing preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Familiarity with manufacturing documentation and line inspections.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Proficient with basic measuring tools (e.g., rulers, torque meters, scales, calculators).

Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible and dependable with the ability to shift tasks as needed.
