Job Summary: We are seeking a hands-on Test Technician to support mechanical and electrical testing of medical device components, including leads, catheters, and therapy delivery products.
Responsibilities:
- Execute mechanical, electrical, and fatigue tests according to test plans.
- Record test data and communicate results to engineering teams.
- Support test method validation and equipment qualification.
- Assist with test fixture development and equipment troubleshooting.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of technician experience.
- Vocational or technical training or certification.
- Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Laboratory or product testing experience.
- Familiarity with Instron or MTS testing machines.
- Experience with calibration, microscopes, X-ray equipment, and Microsoft Office.
