Description and Responsibilities:

The Electrical Project Manager oversees electrical projects with a warehouse setting from start to finish. They lead on-site teams, coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams, and make sure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. This role serves as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Lead end-to-end site execution for automated material handling projects, from mobilization through commissioning and closeout.
- Oversee installation and integration of automated systems including shuttles, conveyors, AS/RS, and robotics.
- Manage site schedules, labor, subcontractors, materials, budget, and overall project quality.
- Own site safety and compliance, including OSHA standards, daily safety meetings, inspections, and subcontractor adherence.
- Serve as the primary customer and on-site leadership contact, coordinating stakeholders, resolving issues, and driving projects through successful commissioning.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in site management, construction, or industrial installation.
- Experience with automated material handling systems, robotics, or similar technologies, with proven leadership of field teams and subcontractors.
- Willingness to travel extensively, averaging approximately 60–90% travel throughout the year depending on project lifecycle.
