Looking for an opportunity for hands-on experience in technology? Then our internship may be for you! The internship runs for 4 months and pays $13.00 per hour.
As a Application Administrator Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience with configuring, updating and managing applications and products used by the Launch That. This is a great opportunity to grow your skillset while contributing to meaningful projects.
The Application Administrator Intern must be able to work up to 29 hours a week in our hybrid flexible workplace environment. Our hybrid work model reflects our dedication to collaboration and flexibility. We have the option of working from home on Mondays and Fridays. We come together in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays to maximize creativity, teamwork, and connection. Life is dynamic, so we offer flexibility for the realities of education, childcare, doctor appointments, and homeownership.
For example, someone may have class in the morning on M-W-F, and in the late afternoon on T/TH. They could work around their class schedules as needed.
Day-to-Day
- Assist with the administration and support across various applications and products including but not limited to:
- Manage or create users, roles, and permissions.
- Configure or update rule sets, processes, validation rules, and workflows.
- At the direction of leadership, will coordinate, test, and communicate changes, upgrades, maintenance schedules, and new services for our applications and products.
- Assist with the documentation of processes, policies, and application and product configurations. At the direction of leadership, log and communicate these changes to the organization.
- Work closely with the team to monitor, identify, and troubleshoot technical issues with our applications and products.
- Conduct regular system audits and testing to ensure applications and products are functioning normally.
- Assist with application and product training to help with the adoption of existing and new features and functionality that is developed.
- Perform duties not specifically identified herein, as assigned, in order to assist with the needs of the Tech Ops team.
Qualifications
- Introductory-level understanding of how applications and products function within the organization and how they impact the business.
- Ability to quickly learn the organization's applications and products: Salesforce, Zapier, Invoca and custom internal applications.
- Forward-thinking and technologically proficient individual who embraces the use of technology and automation.
- Have a strong detail-oriented skill set.
- Ability and willingness to take direction accurately (taking notes is necessary), while also being able to take initiative and think outside of the box when the situation requires it.
- Proficient time-management and prioritization skills.
