We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM US Payroll Senior Technical Lead to join a dynamic team supporting and enhancing enterprise HR and Payroll solutions. This role requires a strong technical background in SAP HCM and the ability to lead complex implementations, support activities, and business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
\n

- Support and enhance SAP HCM modules including: Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Benefits, US Payroll, Time Management
- Configure and customize SAP HCM modules to meet evolving business requirements.
- Design and optimize organizational structures, enterprise structures, payroll configurations, and time management policies.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Support workflow automation and HR process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company HR policies.
- Manage integrations between SAP HCM and third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll processing, benefits administration, time evaluation, time recording, and shift scheduling.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and support teams.
- Drive best practices, code reviews, quality assurance, and performance optimization initiatives.
- Lead technical discussions, solution reviews, effort estimations, and feasibility assessments.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of hands-on SAP HCM experience
- Strong experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA HCM
