Title: IT Deployment Technician
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Interview Process: One round Interview process
Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Compensation: $18 - $23 (depending on years of experience and education)
Duration: Contract until he end of the year (high likelihood of extensions)
Must haves
- 1-2 years of deployment experience ( Imagining, configuration, and cable management)
- Strong communication skills
- Strong work ethic - Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and effectively
- Steel and composite shoes
Plusses
- Healthcare experience preferred
- A+ Certification
Job description
Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Deployment Technician to support device deployments within a hospital environment in downtown Indianapolis. This individual will play a hands-on role in preparing and installing technology equipment, ensuring smooth rollouts with minimal disruption to clinical staff and operations.
Day to day
- Configure, image, and deploy computers, laptops, and other IT equipment
- Perform cable management and workstation setup in clinical and office environments
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and connectivity issues during deployments
- Coordinate with hospital staff and internal teams to ensure smooth installations
- Maintain organization of equipment, inventory, and deployment areas
- Follow project timelines while working independently across assigned tasks
