Facilities IT Delivery / Project Manager

Job Description

Red Bridge has an immediate need for Facilities Delivery Managers focused on Construction/Design for a one year contract with our Client in Hilton Head, SC.

This role will manage multiple projects, leverage principles of agile and/or waterfall framework and must be able to work in a high-speed collaborative environment to ensure quality of team/solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design planning
• Requirements management
• Deployment planning, and change management through full project lifecycle management

Qualifications:

• Business analysis, product/project management, or product development.
• Prior experience managing small to medium sized projects.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to provide necessary support to the gathering and writing of accurate and complete requirements specifications
• Acts as a catalyst to resolve project issues and conflicts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to interface with Infrastructure/Technical internal and external team members
• Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed.
• Knowledge of building design, project estimating, and construction concepts and processes.
• Ability to read, interpret and mock- up architectural drawings and plans.
• Conduct meetings and walkthroughs on site with various stakeholders.
• Strong ability to produce and manage project budgets and control costs.
• Ability to process, track, report and monitor change orders effectively.
• Strong relationship management skills including the ability to work collaboratively with construction and design professionals, 3rd party vendors, business partners and other team members.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret and understand both business and technical requirements (includes but is not limited to low voltage, Infrastructure and telecommunications, End User technologies, software solutions, medical device integration, facility structure requirements) within any given construction and/or design project.
