Title: Datacenter H&F Engineer – Working in a 24x7 Environment in Shifts
Location: Westmont, IL
Duration: Long Term Contract
Mandatory H&F Skills:
- Accountable for 24x7 support for overall Infrastructure/Data Center operations, including Servers, Storage, Network, Racks, etc.
- 100% hands-on experience in Data Center management, including Servers, Racks, Fiber/Copper Cabling, etc.
- Well-versed in Racking/Stacking, Cabling, Decommissioning, Break-Fix, and Data Center hardware such as Servers, Storage, Backup, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, etc.
- 3–7 years of experience in managing Data Center operations for large and complex customer environments.
Soft Skills:
- Flexible, continuous learner, excellent communicator, and works well in a team environment.
- Appreciates challenges and is comfortable and effective in new areas that require experimentation and rapid problem-solving.
- Requires excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
