About the Role

\n


\n

We're looking for a Data Solutions Team Lead to join the delivery organisation and work directly with enterprise customers on live, real-world IoT deployments. You'll own the quality and performance of data generated across customer environments, working within cross-functional teams alongside product and engineering to ensure deployments succeed and deliver meaningful outcomes. It's a highly customer-facing, hands-on role sitting at the crossroads of data, operations, and product.

What You'll Do

  • Partner directly with customers on live projects and deployments
  • \n

  • Monitor real-time data streams and system performance across customer environments
  • \n

  • Analyse data to identify trends, gaps, and anomalies in quality and performance
  • \n

  • Investigate issues and lead root cause analysis across data, configuration, and integration
  • \n

  • Translate technical findings into clear, actionable insight for customers and internal teams
  • \n

  • Build dashboards and visualisations that communicate performance and business impact
  • \n

  • Work closely with Field Engineering, Product, and Engineering to close gaps and improve the platform
  • \n

  • Escalate and help resolve product or data issues in collaboration with internal teams
  • \n

  • Guide customers and field teams on best practice to improve deployment performance
  • \n

What You'll Bring

\n


\n

    \n
  • Master's or Doctorate in Math, CS, Data Science/Engineering, or an equivalent analytical field
  • \n

  • 3-5+ years in data analysis, technical customer-facing roles, or similar
  • \n

  • People or project management experience
  • \n

  • Architecture experience across big data, data warehousing, and operational analytics
  • \n

  • Strong Python skills; experience with Spark strongly preferred
  • \n

  • Visualisation tooling experience (Plotly, Tableau, Power BI, Grafana)
  • \n

  • Solid grasp of statistical analysis and relational database structures (SQL; InfluxDB a plus)
  • \n

  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability
  • \n

  • Excellent communication skills and comfort operating with autonomy
  • \n

  • IoT data stream experience a plus
  • \n
