Requirements:

-3+ years of Desktop Support experience.
\n
-Strong understanding of troubleshooting PC and networking issues.
\n
-Strong customer service skills and excellent oral communication.
\n
-Experience working with Active Directory and Office 365.
\n
-Experience working with ticketing software.
