Job Title:
AI ML Developer 1
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for production use cases
- Build and maintain data pipelines, preprocessing workflows, and feature engineering components
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to translate requirements into ML solutions
- Evaluate model performance, implement monitoring, and iterate to improve accuracy and reliability
- Develop scalable ML services and integrate models into applications/APIs
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Python and core machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Experience with data engineering fundamentals (ETL/ELT, SQL, data preprocessing, feature engineering)
- Knowledge of model evaluation, validation strategies, and performance tuning
- Proficiency with ML deployment and production workflows (e.g., Docker, REST APIs, CI/CD concepts)
- Experience with cloud platforms and MLOps tools (e.g., AWS/GCP/Azure; MLflow or similar preferred)
- Strong understanding of statistics, algorithms, and machine learning best practices
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning development and/or data science engineering
- Demonstrated experience delivering ML models to production environments
