Job Summary:

The primary function of this position is to support the sales team with transactional items and support the design team as requested. This position will also support the service operations team as the project moves through the system.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Creates, prices, and quotes transactional items.

· Obtains labor quotes from in-house and sub-contract labor providers.

· Obtains customer purchase orders, signed quotes, and drawings (transactional orders only)

· Sends deposit invoice to customer.

· Assists with getting quotes from vendors.

· Assists with confirming pricing and preparing quotes.

· Submits change, cancellation notices to manufacturers when needed.

· Processes orders and submits PO’s to manufacturers.

· Receives and confirms order acknowledgements.

· Communicates delivery dates with Installation team and/or Project Manager.

· Tracks all shipments- confirm they ship and verify shortages.

· Prepares installation packets.

· Processes any correction/completion items.

· Handles incoming service requests- prepare Service Ticket.

· Looks up parts needed for warranty or service repairs.

· Orders any parts for warranty or service repairs.

· Receives Orders into system (eManage).

· Ensures project is closed out including final invoice is sent to customer.


Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills:

· Must have excellent time management skills.

· Self-driven, proactive, and willing to take initiative.

· Experience with project planning, tracking, coordination and scheduling is highly preferred.

· Must have high level customer service skills.

Other Job Requirements:

· Must be able to pass a criminal background check

· Must be able to lift 10 lbs.
