Role Description:
- Lead the delivery of a strategic portfolio comprising 7 active properties, including 3 residential developments and 10 commercial assets earmarked for development or disposal.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from feasibility to execution and completion across multiple asset types.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth progression of each project.
- Monitor development timelines, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to regulatory and planning requirements.
- Drive value creation by determining optimal strategies for each asset—whether development, repositioning, or sale.
- Collaborate closely with the London-based team to ensure consistency in reporting, planning, and strategic alignment.
- Prepare detailed progress reports, financial updates, and risk assessments for senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Must have experience in real estate development, with a strong track record across both residential and commercial asset classes.
- Direct experience managing multi-asset portfolios and overseeing developments from concept to completion.
- Based in or able to relocate to Los Angeles, with an understanding of local zoning, planning, and market dynamics.
- Skilled in budget management, financial modeling, and investment strategy for real estate assets.
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities, with a strategic and commercially focused mindset.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and communicate effectively with global teams.
- Experience in both development and asset disposal strategies is highly desirable.
- Degree in real estate, architecture, construction, or a related field preferred.
