Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Test Engineer to provide hands-on technical leadership for complex electronics and circuit-card testing within a manufacturing environment.

\n

The engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing test solutions for circuit card assemblies, working closely with customers and cross-functional engineering teams to translate product requirements into effective testing strategies.

\n

This position combines hands-on test development, troubleshooting, technical leadership, customer interaction, and mentoring. The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in manufacturing test technologies, particularly ICT and Flying Probe.

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Work Arrangement: On-site

Key Responsibilities

\n

    \n
  • Develop and implement testing strategies for PCB/PCBA and circuit card assemblies based on customer and product requirements.
  • \n

  • Develop and program ICT and Flying Probe test solutions, including test programs and test parameters.
  • \n

  • Design and support test fixtures and test equipment.
  • \n

  • Troubleshoot complex circuit-card, test-program, and equipment issues.
  • \n

  • Perform design reviews and provide technical guidance on testability and manufacturability.
  • \n

  • Define engineering standards, testing methodologies, design guidelines, and best practices.
  • \n

  • Work with customers to understand technical requirements and translate them into practical test solutions.
  • \n

  • Support new product introduction and ongoing production testing.
  • \n

  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior Test Engineers.
  • \n

  • Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and other cross-functional teams to resolve production and field issues.
  • \n

  • Develop technical documentation, procedures, test specifications, and engineering reports.
  • \n

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives involving Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, DOE, and process optimization.
  • \n

  • Ensure appropriate handling of hazardous materials and waste within the work area.
  • \n

  • Perform additional engineering assignments as required.
  • \n

  • ISO-regulated manufacturing environments

  • Experience working directly with customers on technical requirements

Qualifications

\n

    \n
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field
  • \n

  • 6+ years of relevant engineering experience
  • \n

  • Strong hands-on experience in ICT and/or Flying Probe test development
  • \n

  • Experience developing testing solutions rather than simply operating existing equipment
  • \n

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • \n

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • \n

  • Ability to mentor engineers and provide technical leadership
  • \n

  • Willingness to work on-site in Tulsa, Oklahoma
  • \n
