JOB TITLE: Test Lead Analyst - OSI ADMS/OMS (Hybrid, Sacramento, CA)
LOCATION: Sacramento, CA - Hybrid (3 days per week onsite - Tue/Wed/Thu)
LOCATION REQUIREMENT: Candidates MUST live within drivable distance of Sacramento, CA.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Test Lead Analyst to support a client’s Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) and Outage Management System (OMS) initiatives. You will lead testing and quality assurance activities on OSI AspenTech Monarch and Compass applications, turning business requirements into executable test plans and test scripts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead testing and QA activities for OSI AspenTech ADMS/OMS Monarch and Compass applications
- Translate business requirements and process maps into actionable test plans and test scripts
- Execute, track, and report on test activities and defects
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to validate system functionality
- Validate system behavior against the GIS model
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with different OSI AspenTech ADMS Monarch applications
- Minimum 2 years of experience with OSI AspenTech OMS and Compass applications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in testing and quality assurance activities
- Prior experience with, and understanding of, a GIS model
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with various test automation tools to assist with testing
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with a defect tracking tool (HP ALM, Jira, etc.)
- 2-3 years of experience creating process maps and translating them into test plans and test scripts
- Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Iterative development methodologies
WORK ARRANGEMENT
- Hybrid: 3 days per week in the office in Sacramento, CA
- Candidates must live within driveable distance of Sacramento and be able to report onsite as scheduled
