Title: Java Full Stack Developer - Financial Crime Technology
Location: New York City, NY (Onsite) locals
Duration: 12 Months with possible extension

Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)
- Define and leads the implementation of strategic solutions as well as identify tactical solutions when necessary.
- Leads projects delivery and ensure projects are within scope, time constraints, and deliverables are of the highest quality.
- Work with other leads to further technology leading transformation agenda
- Write code that accurately reflects the requirements and design documents.
- Coaches team members to maximize their performance and potential
- Proactively seeks knowledge through external and internal sources
- Leverage DevOps to automate application testing and deployments
Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)
- 8-10 years years of experience. Hands on development in core Java, SpringBoot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, Spring Data and Batch.
- 8-10 years years of Hands on experience with Angular/React frameworks.
- 8-10 years years of experience in Must have implemented large scale projects in Java platform.
- 8-10 years years of Hands on experience on Databases (Oracle/Sql Server/DB2/MongoDB)
- 8-10 years years of experience Proficiency in data analysis, data profiling, and data lineage
- 8-10 years years of Experienced in defining solutions with focus on reusability and alignment with Firm wide strategy and authoritative sources
- 8-10 years of Experience working in Agile projects.
- 8-10 years of Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, DataBricks, etc).
- 8-10 years years of experience in High-quality software architecture and design methodologies and patterns, such as SOA, Layered Architecture, and Component-based Architecture
- 8-10 years years of experience in Financial Services experience, Domain expertise of financial crimes technologies is required
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Degree: Bachelor’s in computer science/IT related degree or equivalent work experience
Nice to Have; (But not a must)
- Bachelors in Computer Science or a related Field, Masters Degree is a plus.
- Experience in Financial Crimes tools such as Actimize is a plus
- Experience in developing UI/UX feature is a plus.
- Experience in Kafka.
- High quality software architecture and design methodologies and patterns
- Experience in Machine Learning, predictive Analytics
- Knowledge of test driven development
- Possess Big data technology certification
- Possess Java developer certification
