About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Field Integrators to support ongoing Ericsson and T-Mobile deployment and upgrade projects across California. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Ericsson RAN, integration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and T-Mobile network standards. This role involves field work, integration activities, and remote coordination with the NOC and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Ericsson LTE/5G sites.

· Execute software loads, carrier adds, node upgrades, and configuration changes.

· Work closely with the T-Mobile FOA/NOC teams for acceptance and on-air activation.

· Conduct site-level validation, health checks, and KPI monitoring post-integration.

· Ensure compliance with T-Mobile MOPs, safety protocols, and quality guidelines.

· Support field technicians during installation and verify all pre-integration checks.

· Maintain accurate documentation, daily status reports, and site-specific logs.

· Travel across California as needed to support project timelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

· 2–5+ years of hands-on field integration experience.

· Strong knowledge of Ericsson RBS, AIR, Baseband 5216/6630/6648, and 5G radios.

· Proven experience on T-Mobile integration workflows and network standards.

· Familiarity with tools such as ENM, OSS, WinFiol, T-Mobile ticketing portals.

· Ability to perform troubleshooting on hardware, alarms, transmission, and scripts.

· Strong understanding of RF basics, site configurations, and network architecture.

· Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Previous experience working with Ericsson or T-Mobile vendors/partners.

· Certifications: Ericsson Integration / RAN courses, OSHA 10/30, RF safety.

· Experience with 5G NR, DSS, CBRS, LAA, and carrier aggregation features.
