• We build large internal enterprise applications which support Games, Web and more. Our environment is fast paced, Agile, and we use some of the latest tools out there.

Job Summary:
\n
• The Technical Program Manager will focus on responsibilities as a Product Owner and be the key driver in shaping and executing our technical roadmap.
\n
• This role is responsible for collaborating with engineering teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact technical initiatives.
\n
• You will ensure that multiple scrum teams are aligned with the business vision, using Agile methodologies to drive timely, quality releases.
\n
• The ideal candidate is a proactive, go-getter leader with a track record of strong accountability and technical ownership.
\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n
Product Ownership & Vision:
\n
• Act as the Product Owner for critical technical programs, owning the product vision and roadmap.
\n
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define priorities, and articulate clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
\n
• Maintain and refine the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical strategy.
\n
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
\n
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and strategic decisions.
\n
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms to ensure stakeholder alignment and informed decision-making.
\n
• Build trusted relationships with internal and external partners, driving consensus and collaboration across diverse teams.
\n
Agile Leadership & Collaboration:
\n
• Champion Agile best practices, serving as a key resource for multiple scrum teams in a large corporate environment.
\n
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement and effective delivery.
\n
• Foster strong collaboration between technical teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive project success.
\n
Technical Program Management:
\n
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring milestones are met and technical debt is managed.
\n
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and impediments across multiple teams.
\n
• Demonstrate strong accountability for technical ownership areas, ensuring quality and performance standards are met.
\n
Required Qualifications:
\n
Experience:
\n
• 7+ years of experience in technical program management with a focus on Product Owner role within Agile environments.
\n
• Partnered closely with Engineering team, UX, and Product Management to navigate high-level asks to define clear, actionable technical requirements
\n
• Worked cross-functionally with multiple business stakeholders to groom well-defined technical stories for Engineering team to implement
\n
• Proven track record of managing multiple scrum teams in a large corporate setting.
\n
• Hands-on experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and related tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
\n

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
